Cindy has a BA from the University of Michigan in Sociology, specializing in social science research methodology and social inequality.  She also earned her MSW from the University of Michigan.

She has provided project, research, data management, and evaluation expertise to projects on various topics, including social welfare, education, mental health, and health.
